A warm welcome awaits from Lorraine & Roger at their no-smoking guest house, quietly situated in the picturesque Shanklin Old Village. We are a short stroll from the "olde worlde" centre of the village with its many thatched buildings including inns, tea rooms, restaurants, craft and gift shops. Just a few minutes more and you will reach the Beach, Shanklin Chine and Rylstone Gardens where you will see red squirrels. Shanklin Town is just around the corner with its many interesting shops and the very popular theatre.
We have 7 rooms - all tastefully furnished to a high standard for your extra comfort, all with superb en-suite facilities. For that extra special occasion or just a treat, why not try one of our two luxury rooms. Please speak to us when booking about any special requests and we will do our best to cater for your needs.We pride ourselves in offering the very best of home-made food, where possible, from local produce. You will need to tell us about any special dietary requests when booking. We want you to feel at home. There is ample off-road parking for guests and we can even book the car ferry for you. The Isle of Wight offers many interesting attractions and hosts many events throughout the year and we offer you a clean, comfortable and peaceful residence for your stay. There are excellent transport links to/from Shanklin for those without a car.
